我個人同時兼具勞工與雇主兩種身份,
                                                                               
周一至周五 白天在上班  晚上經營補教業
                                                                               
我自己還有搞某種散熱專利套件 雇兩個人 自己開生產
                                                                               
六日會去聯絡客戶跟帳款結算等
                                                                               
                                                                               
以我的立場,勞工的雇主的心酸,我都能體會
                                                                               
近年來,臺灣一般勞工的薪水 福利 工時 幾乎都是呈停滯的態勢
                                                                               
                                                                               
多數人都怪罪政府無能,事實上,以我自己的瞭解,

我的生產線在是開在新莊化成路和三俊街一帶,
                                                                               
和這一帶的大小老闆們接觸閒聊的心得是
                                                                               
對中小企業來說,根本就沒有希望政府來幫忙扶持,只要政府不惡搞廠商就好了.....
                                                                               
完全沒有對政府抱持希望過
                                                                               
                                                                               
有許多的中小企業主,在這幾年,其實是賺比以前大的....
                                                                               
為什麼不景氣還能賺得比以前大呢 ?
                                                                               
                                                                               
因為 人力銀行 的蹶起
                                                                               
                                                                               
近年來台灣薪資成長最大的元凶,
除了了全球化競爭 人材替代性流動,大陸磁吸效應,等因素外
                                                                               
人力銀行和資方串成一線,利用不景氣,要勞動者接受低薪高工時責任制,

動輒以 如果大家不賣命 公司倒了大家一起死 沒飯吃 之類的邏輯來洗腦
                                                                               
更重要的是 人力銀行有媒體的優勢
                                                                               
在廣播節目 電視節目 各大商業雜誌 報章 不停散播
                                                                               
諸如 : "日本人以公司為家的武士精神,讓日本興盛,值得求職者效法"
                                                                               
       "想當千萬經理人,先以公司為家 !"
                                                                               
       "黑手工廠的掘起,全賴員工與主帥一同將士用命"
                                                                               
       "責任制以成為全球化潮流,優秀的你不可落於人後"
                                                                               
                                                                               
這些標題都可以簡化成一個簡單的結論 : 你要拼命加班,但沒有錢 !!
                                                                               
"日本人以公司為家的武士精神,讓日本興盛,值得求職者效法"
                                                                               
這個標題的背後,沒有講到日本大公司是終生雇用制,福利保障健全,
完全在不同的立足點上比較....

"想當千萬經理人,先以公司為家 !"
                                                                               
所以比爾蓋茲年輕時以公司為家過 ???
所以索羅斯巴肥特天天住公司 ???
                                                                               
                                                                               
"黑手工廠的掘起,全賴員工與主帥一同將士用命"
所以最後主帥分到巨額利潤,員工沒股份沒加班費 ? 爽到你甘苦到我 ?
                                                                               
                                                                               
"責任制以成為全球化潮流,優秀的你不可落於人後"
這個更好笑了,北歐那些強國的責任制,
是指:"工作完成可以先下班,作不完繼續作"
                                                                               
臺灣的責任制可以先作完先下班嗎 ?
                                                                               
臺灣的責任制應該正名為 : 加班沒錢制  才合乎他的本意
                                                                               
                                                                               
然後如果你反抗美其名為"責任制"的"加班沒錢制"

就會被污名化為中共同路人...喔不對講錯了,是污名化為 "草莓族"
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
相對於我爸那個時代 " 台灣夢 "  在現在這個世代的年輕人
                                                                               
已經漸漸失去了 "台灣夢" 的成功機會...
                                                                               
                                                                               
什麼是臺灣夢 ?
                                                                               
相對於American Dream,我來舉我爸當個例子...
                                                                               
我爸出身貧寒,弱冠之年,還只是一個建商跑腿的小工人...
                                                                               
平時就努力工作掙錢,但絕對不可能有那種要加班但沒加班費這種事發生
                                                                               
所以只有真的很忙的時候才會加班 (加班資方要付錢,所以不會沒事叫你亂加班)
                                                                               
所以大家下班後,比較上進的人,就有往上爬的機會...

像我爸就一路往上爬,念夜校,後來插大,最後考照上了就去當建築師
                                                                               
然後因為他又當過工頭,又有學歷,最後業界就愛不嗜手
                                                                               
                                                                               
這就是 "臺灣夢"
                                                                               
只要你肯努力肯拼,就有出人頭地的機會,哪怕你只是一個不起眼的工人
                                                                               
,只要下了班有時間可以進修,你就可以讓自己有成功的機會 !
                                                                               
                                                                               
但是呢
                                                                               
但是現在的資方串聯好人力銀行,用責任制讓你沒有下班時間進修,而且"沒有加班費"!
                                                                               
從經濟學角度來看,你的"機會成本"不只等於零,根本就是負的 !
                                                                               
                                                                               
因為你沒有錢,你的生活品質得不到改善;

但你也沒有時間,你沒有機會進修、你沒有機會在下班後建立自己的事業;
                                                                               
你沒有錢,也沒有時間,你什麼都沒有,就是nothing啦 !
                                                                               
                                                                               
更可悲的是,你若不接受這一切 " 加班沒錢制 " ,你就是爛草莓,沒前途,沒搞頭 !
                                                                               
                                                                               
試想,你什麼都沒有,會有未來嗎 ?
                                                                               
你沒有未來,但你的老闆和公司就會有大好未來 XD
                                                                               
在媒體大似宣揚不景氣 與其說宣揚 倒不如說是變相恐嚇你對岸勞工很便宜 之下
                                                                               
老闆順勢哭窮說公司經營困難,你不"加班沒錢制",公司就要倒了...
                                                                               
於是乎你的加班成本變成他的"利潤",所以他白天可以少請幾個人,
                                                                               
反正你白天跟晚上都會工作,一個人抵兩個人用,所以他賺更大了,
                                                                               
但你加班,你的錢沒變多,更慘的是你的技能跟智識沒得進修,

而慢慢跟不上新生代,最後你老了沒競爭力,
                                                                               
更難轉換跑道,然後原公司就更剝削你,甚至火掉你...
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
我身邊的老闆們,常常跟我說,花小錢上人力銀行刊廣告,真的很不錯...
                                                                               
最近這幾年來,卻造就了他們的業績其實跟以前都差不多,但卻因為媒體的影響,
                                                                               
讓他們"分到更多",因此"口袋更滿"....
                                                                               
                                                                               
我個人是不會這樣剝削我的員工和老師
                                                                               
我都會把接一個案子或學生的利潤成本透明跟他們講,問他們想不想接,
                                                                               
討論如果接了他們想分到多少,達成共識後就一起拼,員工就跟朋友一樣...
                                                                               
                                                                               
可惜我能力有限,能雇用的人只有個位數

不然真想好好照顧更多的勞工,讓大家的生活過得更美好...

真的完全寫出台灣勞工的心聲...
雖然我現在的工作上下班正常
但從前的工作卻也是每天要加班但沒有加班費那種
準時下班還會被老闆在心裡扣分的那種

其實大部份的台灣企業都是這樣
